1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time

    • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation

    • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

    • A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Domestic (U.S.)

    • Standard (3–7 days): $5.00

    • Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

  • Canada

    • Flat rate: $12.00

  • International

    • Rates calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

  1. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  2. Click the tracking link in the email or log in to your account at [Your Store URL] > Order History.

  3. If you don’t see a tracking update within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us (see Section 7).


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Please check your country’s import policies before ordering.


6. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

  • Weather, carrier disruptions, or customs inspections can extend transit times.

  • During major holidays (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) please allow 1–3 extra business days for processing.

  • If your order is severely delayed, we’ll notify you by email with updated estimates.


7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

  • Lost Packages

    • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please wait 48 hours (sometimes carriers mark early).

    • After 48 hours, contact us at support@[yourstore].com.

  • Damaged Items

    • Inspect your order upon delivery.

    • To report damage, email a photo of the package and item(s) within 7 days of delivery.

  • Incorrect Address

    • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

    • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if entered incorrectly by the customer.

    • If you realize your mistake before shipment, contact us immediately—address changes may incur additional fees.
